GULAS CON GAMBAS/SURIMI PSEUDO YOUNG EELS
se sirven inmediatamente porque frias pierden su textura y su sabor.
I remember my mother used to cook in Bilbao the young eels when i was young and the taste has nothing to do with the ones we buy today which is a kind a surimi pseudo baby eels, as the good ones are very expensives, so we will have to satisfy with pseudo ones.
The process is very easy :
Take a saucepan with a bit of olive oil and fry the chopped garlic, once they are golden, put the young eels, the prawns and one or two chillies (depends on how hot you want them), serve inmediately as cold they loose their flavour.
